Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Calendar 2027-2028

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 uses residence boundaries from elementary school through Naperville Central or Naperville North High School, but its dual-language route cuts across that map in a distinctive way. Beebe, Elmwood, Mill Street, and Steeple Run host dual-language classrooms for students assigned within those schools’ own attendance areas. River Woods serves as the districtwide dual-language magnet for eligible students whose home elementary school does not host the program.

The later language route is tied to the high-school side of the district. Dual-language students whose residence leads to Naperville Central continue at Lincoln Junior High; students on the Naperville North side continue at Jefferson Junior High. Their middle-school assignment follows the program’s designed sequence while preserving the address-based high-school destination.

A River Woods seat changes the elementary and junior-high campuses without creating a general transfer right or a third high-school choice. The home address still determines Central or North, while the approved language placement determines River Woods and the corresponding Lincoln or Jefferson route. District 203 also operates Connections for transition-age students through individualized special-education planning; that program lies outside the K–12 residence map.
