About Niles Township High School District 219
Niles Township High School District 219 assigns ordinary ninth-grade enrollment to Niles North or Niles West through its own residence boundary. Students arrive from several K–8 systems in Skokie, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Niles, and nearby areas, but the earlier district or postal community does not settle the North–West line.
Niles Central is a therapeutic day school for students whose educational plans call for a smaller, more structured environment than the two comprehensive campuses. Its role is clinical and instructional rather than geographic.
Bridges follows the conventional high-school years for eligible students with disabilities. Community instruction, employment preparation, independent-living skills, and individualized adult goals shape that program. North and West provide the residence-assigned comprehensive route; Niles Central serves students needing a therapeutic day setting during the secondary years, and Bridges continues eligible students into the adult-transition period.
