About Woodstock Community Unit School District 200
Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 begins with Verda Dierzen Early Learning Center, where most kindergarten students enroll, and then uses six grades 1–5 elementary schools, two middle schools, and two comprehensive high schools. Elementary and secondary maps are drawn separately, so transportation and registration staff confirm the full route for a property.
The English–Spanish dual-language program creates a longer instructional sequence across designated campuses. Native English and native Spanish speakers learn together, with instruction shared between the two languages as students advance into secondary grades. Program placement can change the schools used at several points without changing district residency.
Clay Academy serves students whose plans require alternative or therapeutic programming across a wide age range. Within District 200, a residence route, a dual-language placement, and an individualized Clay placement can produce three different campus sequences, each supported by a different official process.
